It is possible because, you will always have hope for change, hope for them being better, but is it healthy?
No its not. I will never tell someone that goes through this that 'its okay' because it isn't, some people can be so blinded by 'love' or what they claim to be love, so they put themselves through so many unspeakable things, you can love someone how much you want but if they treat you like you're not worthy, hurt you both mentally and emotionally then they cannot ever claim to love you because i can assure you that's not love.
In many cases people think that mental abuse or emotional abuse is not abuse because it isn't physical and the people that do believe this cannot be more wrong. mental abuse is threats, its insults, its controlling the way someone thinks. This kind of abuse might as well be as bad as physical abuse because this type of abuse is quite disturbing, mental abuse was made to destroy people's self esteem, confidence and eat away at someone's sense of reality, that eventually sends them into a very dark place.
My suggestion to anyone that goes through this is simply to not go though it, sometimes its best to leave especially when you are hurting yourself because you come first, so leave, find your peace, love yourself, learn your self worth, so you never have to put yourself through something like that ever again.
Can you be in a relationship with someone and love that person, all while being mentally and emotionally drained.
